The Full Satchel, $2,500: This planning package is perfect for a start to finish, no stress wedding, and ideal for the out-of-town bride!  This includes everything from coordinating a date, including booking reception venues/ceremony/church, finding your band (or DJ), and coordinating all of your other wedding needs, from caterers, flowers, photography, décor, lighting, officiants, invitations, cake, videographer, photo booths, limousines, charter transportation, hair and make-up, rentals, and any other special requests.  This option also includes formulating a budget, negotiating hotel blocks, securing second line permits, confirming with vendors, taking care of your guests’ questions the weekend of, and on-site wedding day coordination to make sure your day is filled with pampering, family, and friends—not details.

The Mini Satchel, $1750: This package is a three-month out option, for those brides who booked the “big” vendors on their own.  This option is very beneficial for finalizing and coordinating the smaller details.  The Mini Satchel includes coordinating and booking any vendors not yet booked, monitoring a budget, securing permits, confirming with vendors, taking care of your guests’ questions the weekend of, and on-site wedding day coordination to make sure your day is without worries.

The Weekend Satchel, $750: This includes weekend-of coordination.  While a day-of coordinator is useful, the whole weekend is stressful, and many of the last-minute details and surprises happen the day before.  So, the Weekend Satchel was created.  We suggest you confirm with your vendors at least two to four weeks before the big weekend, but can assist in any last-minute issues with vendors, deliveries, guests’ questions, and on-site wedding day coordination.  We ask that when choosing this option, you provide us a list of your vendors, along with contact information for each.

The Décor Satchel: Included with the "Full" and the "Mini" Satchel, this package outlines our design strategy for bringing to life your ideal wedding.  The Décor Satchel includes meeting with you to determine how you view your colors, bridal flowers, table set-up, table-arrangements, cake tables, welcome tables, and creating a unified, cohesive theme.  We will work closely with your lighting, florist, and location vendors (or with DIY brides!) to coordinate the theme and décor based on your vision.  At your cost, we can locate and purchase linens, candles, vases, guest books, special furniture, cake stands, and any other décor you would like to see on the big day.  Particular attention is paid and advice provided on which of those details will make the biggest overall impact on the design, maximizing the use of your budget.  Additionally, and at no charge, you may use any of our decor.  The Décor Satchel includes set-up and removal of any décor not the responsibility of another vendor.  At Satchel Planning, we believe beautiful décor does not have to blow your budget, and will work with you to find less expensive options for a huge overall impact, with attention to color, scale, and complimenting your reception location.
